From our Melbourne warehouse, iSeekBlinds delivers custom-made blinds, curtains and plantation shutters to homes right across Australia — including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Tasmania, the Central Coast, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and all regions in between.
Because every product is custom made to your measurements, manufacturing and delivery timeframes vary depending on the products ordered. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about manufacturing, delivery, charges and important freight information.

Manufacturing Timeframes
All iSeekBlinds products are custom made to order.
- Samples– Same day dispatch if ordered before midday, or next business day
- Roller Blinds- Approximately 10–15 business days*. Due to high demand, lead times are slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Curtains– Approximately 15-20 business days* Due to high demand, lead times are slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Plantation Shutters:
Allow approximately 10 weeks for metropolitan Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane
Allow approximately 10–12 weeks for all other areas (Not available to WA & NT)
Plantation shutter manufacturing and shipping timeframes may extend over the Christmas and Chinese New Year periods, and may also be affected by other factors outside our control.
Delivery Australia-Wide
Once your order has been fully manufactured and completed, it will be automatically dispatched. You’ll receive an email with delivery details, and you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your iSeekBlinds account.
If you order curtains and roller blinds together, they will be dispatched at the same time once both are ready.
If your order includes plantation shutters, these will be delivered separately. Curtains and blinds will be sent first, with plantation shutters following once they arrive in Australia.
Delivery times vary depending on your location.

- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
- From time to time, supplier delays may occur outside our control — if this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and keep you informed

* If freight costs exceed the amount invoiced due to size, quantity or delivery to a regional area outside standard zones, additional shipping charges may apply. These charges are passed on at cost from our couriers. If applicable, we’ll contact you prior to processing your order.
Long Length Surcharges
Window furnishings are classified as specialist freight due to their size and handling requirements. Couriers apply long length surcharges, which iSeekBlinds passes on at cost.
Over 2800mm – $30 per box
Lengths are calculated once products are safely packaged for transit. For example, a 2800mm blind can exceed 3000mm once protective packaging is added.
Where possible, we pack products efficiently:
- Up to 4 roller blinds per box
- Up to 2 curtain tracks per box
- Up to 2 pelmets per box
Authority to Leave
As delivery dates and times can’t be booked precisely, all deliveries must have an Authority to Leave. This allows the courier to safely leave your order at the nominated address if no one is home.
Damage During Shipping
We take great care to ensure all iSeekBlinds products are packed securely and arrive safely. In the unlikely event your order is damaged during transit, please notify us as soon as possible so we can act quickly with the freight carrier.
If you discover any damage, please email sales@iseekblinds.com.au with clear photos and a description of the issue within five (5) days of delivery. This timeframe is essential so we can lodge a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
If you are home at the time of delivery and the packaging is visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Refusing the delivery allows the goods to be returned to iSeekBlinds for assessment and helps us resolve the issue faster.
Once the damage has been assessed, iSeekBlinds will lodge a claim with the freight carrier and arrange for the affected products to be repaired or re-manufactured as quickly as possible.
