Acting on a recommendation from our daughter, we googled iseekblinds. My trepidation was that I would find a no frills, generic looking online manufacturing business with no back up support. What I DID find was the polar opposite!! A well thought out website, very user friendly, which walked us through the purchasing process with all the information needed to make very well informed choices. The BEST thing about the experience was MICHAEL & his caring, professional staff were only a phone call away, always available, ready to help and provide a human element to what could have been a daunting experience...DIY!! Our blinds were delivered to our door (Melbourne to Byron Bay) in less than 2 weeks from placing our order! Easy to install, excellent quality......Love the beautiful stainless steel chains!! (essential in a beach house) As you can see from the photos, they have added a soft yet streamlined element to our rooms, we can't wipe the happy grins off our faces!! _x005F
