The DIY experience in the installation was easy however in my exuberance of cutting open the package I accidentally cut off the tip of the motorised aerial. I immediately felt nauseous because I thought I had ruined the motor. I rang Hannah who advised me that the blind motor should work even though the aerial was a little shorter than it should be! It was an anxious wait but it did work as Hannah had predicted. She also advised not to have any sharp objects near the blinds and curtains with which I now wholeheartedly agree.
