It was all just so easy. I'd considered getting blinds from China but the communication and information available wasn't reassuring, even though I thought they were so cheap. Going with Aussie iseekblinds felt better; if it was going to go pear-shaped they would help me fix it. After procrastinating a bit more, I started with fabric samples to make a fabric selection; then some questions and watching of iseek's videos. Then I measured and asked more questions and watched the videos, some three or four times. I asked for clarification of roll direction and bracket mounts after sending photos and dimensions. Just about all the information I wanted is on the site, I just wanted to be sure and the iseekblinds staff were very helpful. Then the package arrived while we were away and it was delivered exactly how we had requested, and that doesn't happen often. The blinds were well packed, there was no risk of in transit damage. I watched the installation video again. Then I gathered my tools and installed as per the instructions. Nothing went wrong! Everything fitted!
