Double curtains combine style and function, and accurate measuring ensures both layers work together seamlessly. With the right measurements, you’ll enjoy beautiful sheers by day and full blockout by night.

Mike’s Tips
  • Use a steel tape measure or a laser measure and keep it straight and accurate.
  • Decide on your double-track configuration before you measure.
  • Measure the full track width and drop in millimetres (mm).
  • Allow space for both sheer and blockout curtain stack-back.
  • Aim to go higher and wider for the most polished result.
  • Measure every window individually.
  • Don’t add or deduct anything — we’ll calculate allowances for both layers for you.
