Our plantation shutters are a premium, made-to-order product, and due to freight and handling requirements, we currently don’t deliver to Western Australia (WA) or the Northern Territory (NT). We’re always working to expand our reach, so stay tuned!
Because each order is custom-made to fit your space perfectly, manufacturing typically takes around 10 weeks. For South Australia, Tasmania, and regional or remote areas, please allow 10–12 weeks.
What counts as a regional area?
Regional areas include any suburb, town, or city outside of Greater Melbourne, Greater Sydney, and Greater Brisbane. If you’re unsure, our team is always here to help confirm your location.
Shutters are larger and require special handling to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. This separate calculation helps us maintain the quality and care your order deserves.

Not entirely. While plantation shutters are excellent at blocking out a significant amount of light, they won’t create complete darkness on their own. If you're after a full blackout effect — perfect for bedrooms or media rooms — pairing them with curtains or roller blinds will do the trick.
